1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobSentry ("Service"), operated by IT Umbrella Group ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobSentry is a job search aggregation and notification service that scans publicly available job listings and delivers personalized alerts via email and SMS. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job listing. Job listings are sourced from third-party providers and are not verified by JobSentry.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.

5. AI Features

AI-powered features (job scoring, resume rewriting) are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI-generated recommendations or resume content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; (c) share your account with others; (d) use the Service to spam employers or submit fraudulent applications.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IT Umbrella Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate listings, or AI-generated content.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
